Set within a historic Georgian estate in the heart of the Lake District, Calgarth Park offers accommodation for over 55 year olds.

Each apartment is unique, with different layouts, views and character. Prices vary depending on apartment size and location within the estate.

Heating and Hot water is unlimited at £120 extra per month.

Two course home cooked weekday lunches are available at £120 per month.

A car port is available at £10 per month.

Your bills are: electricity, council tax, Broadband and mains water. There are no additional service charges.
